Global Tele Sales Brno is 100 % subsidiary of Lufthansa Commercial Holding. We are part of a global network with 8 centers in Peterborough (CAN), Dublin (IRL), Berlin (GER), Brno (CZE), Istanbul (TUR), Cape Town (ZAR), Shanghai (CHN) and Melbourne (AUS). The Managing Directors of the GTS Group are Birgit Thümecke and Jens Schuffenhauer.
The network consists of 1400 employees. We are a proven, world class leader comprising of Lufthansa Service Centers across the Globe. This ensures a 24-hour streamlined service. Our customer centre network has an extensive service portfolio. Annually about 10 million calls are handled globally.
The Customer Service Center in Brno began its operation in June 2005. Currently we have more than 230 employees.
We deliver customer service for Lufthansa’s Central and Eastern European markets. Our Customer Consultants operate in 12 different languages and provide general reservations, information to the loyalty program “Miles and More” and travel agencies support. Since July 2008 we have also started to provide services for Swiss International Airline.
